ExpatBase Slovakia is an online directory connecting English-speaking expatriates in Bratislava with local professionals and businesses offering English-language services. The platform is operated by Anna Lockwoodová, Senec, Slovakia.
During the current launch phase, all listings are offered free of charge. By submitting a listing, you do not enter into any paid contractual relationship. ExpatBase Slovakia reserves the right to introduce paid listing tiers in the future, with prior notice to listed businesses.
Free listings may be discontinued or replaced with paid tiers. Businesses will be notified by email at least 30 days before any pricing change takes effect.

All website content, design and code is the property of ExpatBase Slovakia. Businesses retain ownership of any information and descriptions they submit. By submitting a listing, you grant ExpatBase Slovakia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce the submitted information on the platform and in promotional materials.
ExpatBase Slovakia provides the directory "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the professional qualifications, licences or quality of any listed business. Users of the directory are responsible for independently verifying any information before engaging a listed professional.
The informational content on this website (healthcare guides, legal FAQs, banking information, etc.) is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute professional medical, legal or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Slovak law, ExpatBase Slovakia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the directory or reliance on listed business information. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
